Well here you are..And if you are reading this you are hopefully thinking of coming along and joining the fun.
All Souls' are a very friendly,homely group of folk,rehearsing and performing in Halifax,West yorkshire.we are a fun loving society and welcome new members with open arms and an infectious amount of fun and laughter.Although we pride ourselves on putting on a very professional perfomance in all we do,we do not take ourselves too seriously off stage ,and rehearsal nights,although hard work ,are a tremendous amount of fun.
As you will see by our Calendar on our "What's on" page, we rehearse most Thursday evenings at 7 .30 pm at Our rehearsal rooms in the centre of Halifax for a few hours,to enable us to stage a fully costumed,light opera production every year around about March or April.We also raise the roof with a three evening stand and sing concert every October.When we are not rehearsing we love to get together for social evenings at our rehersal rooms,to catch up,have an entertaining evening and raise a few pounds for our funds.
There are no rules to becoming a member..you can come along as a friend and help out building sets,backstage or front of house,just join us on our social evenings,or throw yourself in at the deep end and join us on stage...you do not have to be an experienced singer or thespian...as long as you love the arts , have enthusiasm and wonder if you will take to the bright lights...this is for you...no rules....no qualifications needed............
